Mr. Edgar-Nevill was born in 1957 in Martock, Somerset, England. He graduated in Computer Science in 1979 from Coventry University and went onto complete his research in Computer Science is the study of Software Metrics and Software Quality Assurance. Denis held academic posts at four UK universities before taking up his current post as Head of the Department of Computing at Canterbury Christ Church University in 2002.
His research has included more than 150 journal, national/international conference papers, books/book chapters including, more recently, computer forensics. This work has included involvement in 15 UK and European Union funded research projects. He became a Chartered IT Professional in 2004 and was elected to be a Fellow of the British Computer Society (BCS) in 2005 and also a member of ‘BCS Elite’ group. He chairs the CFET (International Conference on Cybercrime Forensics Education and Training) conferences held annually at Canterbury Christ Church University; the International Advisory Group for these conferences includes academic researchers and senior law enforcement officers from around the world.

Mr. Finn is a Commissioned Risk Management Examiner for the FDIC who specializes in examining IT environments. Bruce has been examining IT installations for the past ten years, ranging from community banks to some of the largest service providers in the country. In addition, he serves the FDIC as Lead Instructor for its fundamental IT examination course, which all Risk Management Examiners are expected to attend and also serves as a coach for individual examiners in the Corporation’s On-the-Job Training program.
Mr. Finn received his BS degrees in Economics and Business from University of Nebraska at Kearney with honors and obtained his Certified Information Systems Auditor designation in 1997.

Mr. Miller concluded his 30 year career in law enforcement in December 2002 when he retired from the Illinois State Police as the Administrator of the nation’s largest statewide criminal justice data wireline network called LEADS. During Mr. Miller’s tenure with the ISP, he was responsible for the administration of the Department's statewide voice communications system, including 21 manned State Police District Communications Centers. In January 1996, Mr. Miller assumed an additional role as the ISP wireless data administrator playing a lead role in defining the vision and strategy for what would become known as the Illinois Wireless Information Network (IWIN), the nations largest public safety wireless data network.
Mr. Miller also served as Chairperson of the FBI Criminal Justice Information Systems Working Group where he was intimately involved at the Federal and state level in developing a national information technology response to criminal justice issues, including Homeland Security.
Mr. Miller is the author of several articles that have appeared in law enforcement and public safety publications and is responsible for the development of many innovative telecommunications policies and procedures utilized by public safety agencies throughout the nation.
Mr. Miller is currently in his fifth year with Verizon Wireless as Data Solutions Manager for the Midwest Area. Mr. Miller continues to be actively involved in the planning of new emerging technologies involving information sharing and the implementation of fourth generation (4G) high speed wireless data. Mr. Miller is a public safety expert concerning the use of wireless continuity of operations technologies in times of emergencies. Mr. Miller graduated from the University of Illinois with highest honors where he holds a B.A. in criminal justice administration and is also a graduate of the Illinois State Police Command College.
Mr. Thompson is a Certified Expert Penetration Tester with years of experience in performing vulnerability assessments, incident response and computer forensics. He is on the Information Security Team, responsible for assessing the cyber security of more than 12 Illinois State Agencies. He has worn many hats including server admin, white hat, security awareness speaker, and even a jester's hat.
